Be present, tune into your mind, body and soul, and keep comin’ back! It fucking rules.

🪩Advice for Lagree newbies: KEEP. WITH. IT! Lagree is tough but committing to this method is tougher. Try to stick to taking a few classes every week and watch your strength quickly increase!

🪩Advice for Lagree newbies: Actively listen to the teacher for cues to hone into your body placement. The smallest movement makes the biggest difference for muscle fatigue! I’m always shaking within the first 2 minutes of a class.

🪩Advice for Lagree newbies: Always check in with the teacher! I love making sure clients are getting the most out of their workout, from adding intensity to offering options for injuries/pregnancy. That’s why I love this workout, it truly is for every body ! It looks intimidating but in no time you’ll be addicted.
