If you need to pause your membership due to travel, medical reasons, or the like, you may do so for a minimum of two (2) weeks and a maximum of four (4) weeks per 365 days. No retroactive pausing. Additional pauses are subject to a $35+ administrative fee. To pause your membership, fill out the “Pause Membership” form under the Policies/FAQ tab on our website. Pause requests sent via email will be disregarded.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please fill out the “Cancel Membership” form under the Policies/FAQ tab on our website at least seven (7) days before your membership renewal date. If notice is given within seven (7) days of the renewal date, you will be obligated to pay another month. No refunds. Cancellation requests sent via email will be disregarded.
Cancellations will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle; no refunds if your membership has already renewed.
-
If you have a 4 or 8x per month membership, your membership renewal date corresponds with the date you purchase your membership, not necessarily the first of the month or your first class. Please check your account to confirm the date your membership begins and how many passes you have left in order to appropriately schedule your classes.
MindBody will allow you to book a class even after you have used all of your classes for the month; but the cost of that class remains your responsibility and will be billed to your account ($39 single class for overages).
-
If you wish to upgrade your membership to a higher tier, please reach out via email (info@lagroove.com).
If you wish to downgrade your membership to a different tier, you must fill out the membership cancellation form, noting which membership you want to downgrade to. Normal cancellation policy applies (7 days notice required).
Clients with a special discounted rate will lose the discount if downgrading.

All clients: failure to show up for your booked class without cancelling will result in a $20 no show fee and you will lose the class.
If you book a class but come to a different class that day, the cancellation policy still applies for the missed class, even if the teacher is the same. There are no exceptions to this rule.
All fees are non-refundable.
Late cancellations or no shows due to illness or inclement weather still follow our normal cancellation policy so please plan accordingly.

If you wish to show up for an earlier class than what you have scheduled, we request that you late cancel the already booked class and rebook your new class before you arrive at the studio. You are able to move a class you signed up for to a different time, but you will still be charged a cancellation fee or lose the class if the move occurs outside of our cancellation window, even if the teacher is the same for the new class you are booking.

Cancellation policy still applies if class is late cancelled or missed due to illness.

In accordance with our cancellation policy, the waitlist disappears 12 hours before the class start time and grabbing any spots that open up between then and the class time is on a first come first serve basis. If you were on the waitlist and did not get in, we recommend refreshing and checking back frequently to see if a spot has opened and you can snag it!
