If you would like to cancel your membership, please fill out the request form below.

• You are able to cancel your membership after the first renewal (2 month commitment required for all memberships).

• We require a minimum of 7 days notice (7 days prior to your renewal date) for cancellations.

• If you request a membership cancellation within 7 days of your renewal date you will still be responsible for the next billing cycle, no exceptions.

• We do not offer refunds for unused classes or for any other reason.

• Emails regarding cancellations will be disregarded.
