The Studio ──────
Lagroove is more than an exercise studio — it’s an unparalleled fitness experience utilizing the acclaimed Lagree Method to facilitate mind, body, and soul transformation. Lagroove is a platform for helping anybody, with any body, achieve their goals. It’s a whole damn vibe.
Entering the studio, you’ll know you’ve stepped to a groovier place. Every nook and cranny was thoughtfully created to combine function with retro flare. The 2,400 square foot facility includes our roller-rink-vibes workout area featuring 16 state-of-the-art M3S Megaformer machines and a world-class sound system complete with disco ball. Mirrors line the walls front and back to provide an optimal workout experience for all clients. 14-foot ceilings and a large skylight give the space an open and airy aesthetic.
After checking in at the front desk, you’ll follow the curved wall down the hallway, through the locker room and changing areas, into the open-concept bathroom area to freshen up before or after class. Enjoy hanging out in our groovy lounge or stick around after your class and get some work done at our tulip table and chairs by the front windows with complimentary wifi.
From the moment you arrive at Lagroove, you will be acknowledged and well taken care of. Not to mention, you will leave feeling shaky and sore in all the right places having just experienced the best workout of your life… every single time.
The Owner ──────
Meet Tate Cohen — the owner of Lagroove! Tate discovered the Lagree Method in 2014 and has been hooked ever since. She ditched her 9-5 job and began teaching full time in 2019. She is a level 2 certified Lagree Fitness trainer who trained with Sebastien Lagree himself, and her perspectives as both a client and a teacher in the industry are what formed the Lagroove business model. Her passion for fitness, mind-body-soul wellbeing, client satisfaction, human connection, and music are the pillars of Lagroove.
When not at the studio you can find Tate with her adorable pups outdoors somewhere or being cozy at home, drinking an ice cold Diet Coke, listening to some bumpin’ tunes (likely dancing or singing out loud to them), and ending the day with a bubble bath and watching Daisy Jones & The Six on repeat.
